Good Ole’ Customer Service

Isn’t it odd that, as a society, we are surprised when you can actually get someone on the phone or get a prompt reply to your E-mail?

Clients are often amazed that we promptly answer the phone, return a phone call or reply to E-mails.

Have pretty websites replaced good ole’ customer service?  Is getting an answer from a real live person out of the ordinary?

Personally, if it were my wedding or important event, I’d want to make sure that I’ll be able to get a hold of someone when I need them.

Think about it:  If you can’t get a hold of someone now, what makes you think that you will the day of your event?
