Question: What kind of printer is being used in the photo booth?
One trend that I’m seeing in the industry is the use of inexpensive inkjet printers as photo booth printers instead of high quality dye sublimation (photo) printers.
Inkjet printers just don’t last. They still smudge when wet. They still fade over time. Colors are off. (sample above)
HINT: Ask “How long does it take for prints to come out?”, if they tell you over 15 seconds, it is an inkjet printer.
