When customers call for the first time, one thing I always tell them is to shop around…Check out what companies have to offer.

Most of our events are formal (weddings / celebrations) and so people want the “right” service.

So what exactly should you look for?

1) Service
2) Experience
3) Value

Service – Without great service, no matter what the price, you’ll be disappointed. Are they available when you need them? Do they reply to E-mails or answer their phone promptly? If you can’t get any answers when you have simple questions, what will happen on the day of your event?

Experience – An experienced company can prove that they have been through it all and are prepared for any situation. Do you really want your important event to be training for the inexperienced?

Value – “You get what you pay for” We’ve seen advertisements of low prices but when you actually look at the details, you are not getting much of a low price after all. “Value” is factoring everything mentioned above including price. Think about it…Do you usually go with the lowest price item?

Much in the same way you picked your location, DJ, or photographer, you probably will go with the one that somewhere in the middle. You’ll choose a company that offers a balance of Service, Experience and Value.
